1. Overview These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from Edible By Design.

2. Orders An order is accepted once payment is processed. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

3. Personalised Products You are responsible for ensuring any uploaded images:

• Do not infringe copyright

• Are appropriate for printing

• Are high enough quality for edible printing

4. Pricing & Payment Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is taken at checkout.

5. Delivery We ship via Royal Mail. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless Special delivery service has been purchased. You must provide accurate delivery information.

6. Returns & Cancellations Personalised items are exempt from the 14‑day cancellation right unless faulty. Non‑personalised items may be returned within 14 days. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in line with UK consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property All product images, designs, and content on this site belong to Edible By Design.

8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Poor image quality resulting from low‑resolution uploads

• Allergic reactions where ingredients were clearly disclosed

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
