RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY — EDIBLE BY DESIGN

1. Personalised Items Under UK law, personalised or made‑to‑order items are non‑returnable unless:

• They arrive damaged

• They are incorrect

• They are faulty

If so, we will replace or refund.

2. Non‑Personalised Items You have 14 days to cancel and return unused items.

3. Faulty Goods If an item is faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. How to Request a Return Email: info@ediblebydesign.co.uk please include:

• Order number

• Photos (if applicable)

• Description of the issue

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once approved.
